Campbell B. Langdon Business Process Outsourcing
Mr. Langdon is an Operating Partner of Snow Phipps and currently serves as the Chairman of ECRM and, HCTec. He also served as Chairman of ZeroChaos prior to Snow Phipps’ exit.
Mr. Langdon previously served as President of Major Accounts Services of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. ("ADP"), responsible for serving employers with 50-1,000 employees in the U.S. Major Accounts is ADP's flagship payroll and HR outsourcing business, with over $2 billion in revenue, 8,000 employees, and 100,000 clients. He was also responsible for ADP's Canadian operations. Mr. Langdon joined ADP in 2000 as the Corporate Vice President of Strategic Development, working for the Chairman & CEO with responsibility for ADP's overall strategic planning efforts. In 2003, he became President of ADP's Tax, Retirement and Pre-Employment Services business, and he later assumed the role of President of ADP's Major Accounts Services in April 2007. Mr. Langdon had been a Corporate Officer and member of ADP's Executive Committee for his entire tenure with the company. In his various roles, he has also led the identification, negotiation, due diligence and integration of several acquisitions. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Langdon was a Partner at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he spent eleven years serving clients in the United States, Europe and Asia across a variety of industries. He specialized in product line strategy and acquisition integration in both low tech and high tech environments.
Mr. Langdon received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 1989 and an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard College in 1983.
