As a hallmark of its investment approach, Snow Phipps relies on experienced senior industry executives (Operating Partners) who improve and expand our ability to source, due diligence transactions, create value and develop strategic exits. Snow Phipps’ Operating Partners are integral to our investment decisions, and generally we will only make an investment in an industry in which we have an Operating Partner.

Portfolio companies will benefit from the extensive professional and personal networks of the investment partners and the Operating Partners. Many of Snow Phipps’ relationships have successfully built outstanding organizations in a variety of industries and certain Snow Phipps’ relationships have provided us with insights with respect to our portfolio companies. In addition, many of our investments have had significant co-investments.
